Logging on to BigFix Runbook AI

To begin using BigFix Runbook AI, log on to the BigFix Runbook AI user console using the user account credentials.

After the user receives the login credentials, perform the following steps to access the BigFix Runbook AI platform:

  1. Launch a web browser and provide the HCL BigFix Runbook AI Web Portal URL.
  2. On the BigFix Runbook AI Login page, type your email ID in the Email field.

    Remember:
    If the user has a secondary organization(s) mapped with his user, then he’ll be prompted to select an organization based on which user can perform operations on the selected organization after the login.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter the Old Password in the Old Password field.

  5. Enter the new password in the New Password field and re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Submit to save the details or click Cancel to stop the password change procedure.

    Note: Contact the administrator if the user does not have to log on to credentials. Authentication Type information is specific to the environment and defined while creating the organization.

  7. Click Login as shown in figure BigFix Runbook AI Login Page The BigFix Runbook AI Home Page appears on the screen:

BigFix Runbook AI lets users manage and respond to open tickets, access near real-time ticket logs, search knowledge articles. It also keeps track of all the updates in user-friendly dashboards.
