Purpose

The purpose of right to forget document is to provide guidelines for administrators to request data erasure from BigFix AEX on behalf of users. Right to erasure, in accordance with the GDPR, is the right for an individual to require that their personal data is deleted when the individual requests it.

• This document is created to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for personal data relating to individuals which might be requested by or on behalf of users by tenant administrators. Data erasure request can be raised by administrators of the BigFix AEX tenant on behalf of the users for purging personal data from BigFix AEX.
• 'Personal Data' means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
• 'Processing of Personal Data' (or 'Processing') means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
