Overview

This console allows admin users to analyze and gain insights of the use case performance, focusing on aspects where the use cases satisfied or failed to provide a response to the user query and further emphasize on the factors in case of failure. The factors may include scenarios where BigFix AEX did not understand the query at all or understood the user query but failed to provide the SOP that would resolve it. Moreover, the objective of the console is to provide holistic reporting documentation provided by BigFix AEX out of the box.

Taking into consideration such failures, the console helps analyze the use case to give an insight on its performance so that it can be trained further to accomplish specific tasks by identifying user intents more precisely.

The console keeps record of each use case that has been triggered during conversations. All the data in console is updated and displayed after being processed every 24 hours by a scheduler.
