您可能需要定義自己的自訂條目，其中包含為您熟悉且在您的網域中經常發生的事件選擇的可能原因、可能的解決方案和糾正措施語句。這些自訂條目儲存在資料庫EVENTS4.NSF中， Domino®附帶的Lotus®條目和 Stock 條目也是如此。Lotus®條目由 HCL 開發創建並隨Domino®一起提供。請勿修改或刪除Lotus ®條目。

Stock entries consist of all pre-Domino 8 entries and are comprised of Probable Cause statements, Possible Solutions, and either a formula Corrective Action or a LotusScript® Corrective Action. The Lotus® entries have replaced the Stock entries for this release of Domino® and all subsequent releases. You can hide or display Stock entries by clicking the Hide Stock Entries button or the Display Stock Entries button. After clicking the Hide Stock Entries or Display Stock Entries button, close the Server and Addin Task Event document, and then reopen it to activate your choice.

如果您對 Stock 條目進行了修改，那麼當您升級到較新版本的Domino ®時，這些修改可能會被覆蓋。若要保留您的修改，請完成保留對庫存條目的修改過程中的步驟。
