Legal values
- VC_FMT_DATE (0) date only.
- VC_FMT_DATETIME (2) date and time.
- VC_FMT_TIME (1) time only.
- VC_FMT_TODAYTIME (3) date or 'Today' or 'Yesterday' and time.
