Upgrade notes in Velocity are as follows:

1	5.2.5	The Deploy plugin integration fails while you upgrade your earlier versions of Velocity to 5.2.5. You must install the Deploy plugin version that is compatible with Velocity 5.2.5 and then upgrade the existing plugin integration to the compatible plugin version.
