Selecting the DevOps Code ClearCase registry server

Before running any of the installation programs, you must select a host to be your DevOps Code ClearCase® registry server. As the installation prompts you for this information, you must prepare this host beforehand.

If you are setting up a DevOps Code ClearCase installation for the first time, designate and configure the registry server host first. After you set up the registry server, you can configure other server hosts where clients can create VOBs and views.
