About this task

Shipping configuration. DevOps Code ClearCase MultiSite shipping configuration on all machines in the cluster must be identical to enable failover. You can set these parameters by editing the file /var/adm/devops/clearcase/config/shipping.conf on the UNIX system.

Shipping bays. The shipping bays (part of the DevOps Code ClearCase MultiSite shipping configuration) must be located on shared storage accessible from all machines in the cluster, but must not be physically located on any machine in the cluster.

Scheduled jobs. DevOps Code ClearCase MultiSite scheduled jobs must have identical parameters on all machines in the cluster. These can be set using the DevOps Code ClearCase Scheduler interface.
