CR2 or earlier: Uninstalling Connections Engagement Center
For Connections 6.0 deployments that updated to CR1 or CR2, here are some steps to uninstall Connections Engagement Center.

Open the Integrated Solution Console and uninstall the Connections Engagement Center application under (Applications > WebSphere Enterprise Applications > Applications Types). |

If you have created a separate WebSphere Application Server / Cluster for the Connections Engagement Center, you should remove this server under (Servers > Server Types > WebSphere application servers / Servers > Clusters > WebSphere application server clusters). |

Generate and propagate the webserver plugin and restart the webserver afterwards under (Servers > Server Types > Web servers). |

If you have created a JDBC provider, data source and JAAS security alias, you should remove them. |

Drop the Connections Engagement Center database. |

Full resynchronize the nodes first and restart the Connections Application server(s) then. |
7 |
Remove the <CUSTOMIZATION_DIR/>/icec folder. |
