Viewing file details in a browser

If you upload a file to the Files application, you can start IBM® Connections in a browser and view your file.

Procedure

Navigate to a file you uploaded to the Files application, for example, a file in the My Files node of IBM Connections.
Right-click the file and select Open in browser.
If prompted to log in, enter your IBM Connections user name and password.
View your file in the My Files application.

What to do next

From the Files application, you can perform all available actions on the file. For example, you can download the file for viewing or editing, upload a new version, or share the file with others. Refer to the Files application help for descriptions of all available actions.
