Troubleshooting: Ingest service stops responding

If any business tasks are performed using Management Center for HCL Commerce before all NiFi connectors are created, then the Ingest service stops responding.

Problem

The Ingest service stops responding with a message, Waiting For Nifi Queue to clear. Any changes that are made within Management Center for HCL Commerce create a queue in Nifi, which in turn stops the Ingest service from creating any connectors. The queued data does not go down to zero unless the Ingest service creates all the connectors.

Solution

Re-deploy NiFi, Zookeeper, and then restart the Ingest service.
