Troubleshooting
Refer to the following information to resolve some common issues that might occur when you integrate HCL Commerce with Google Analytics.
I see the misconfiguration page
The following two are the most common issues result in this error.
- Can't get Google Token: Verify that you have included the downloaded Service Account JSON Credentials file in the Transaction server. For more information, see Adding the Service Account Credentials JSON to the Transaction Server.
- Data is not available in the STORECONF table: Verify that you configured the required data in STORECONF table for Management Center. For more information, see Configuring the Transaction server.
I cannot see data in my dashboard
Log into Google Analytics and verify that data has been received to the Property that you configured. If data is not received, you might have configured the store (STORECONF table or Google Tag Manager) with the incorrect Tracking ID.
