        Uninstalling a maintenance package restores the WebSphere Commerce product files to the previous level. These instructions also remove the maintenance package code from those WebSphere Commerce instances that were updated at the same time the maintenance package was applied to your system.

You can install a maintenance package by using an interactive method, which uses a graphical installation wizard.

About this task

If you created a WebSphere Commerce instance, then you must apply the maintenance package to the WebSphere Commerce product installation directory first. After the maintenance package is applied to the product, you must update the database, and then apply the fix to your WebSphere Commerce instances.
