Getting started with the IBM Sales Center
The IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce helps you accomplish your customer-service tasks easily and efficiently. You can work with orders and quotes for many customers and in many stores at the same time. In addition, you can quickly find information and compare products.
Preferences
There are many preferences you can set in the IBM Sales Center that make working with orders, customers, and stores easier. For example, if you know that you will be working with the same store for several days, you can set a preference to have that store open each time you start the IBM Sales Center. Or, you can select a country or region to be used as the default for all new customer profiles and subsequent orders.

About this task

To set your quote preferences, such as the number of items to display on various quote pages:

Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
Click File > Preferences.
Expand IBM Sales Center, and then click Quotes.
Enter a number in the Maximum number of results returned per page field. This determines the number of items that can be displayed on a single page. This includes the quote items page and the quote comments page. If the number of results is greater than the number you specify, the results will be split among multiple pages.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
