Default port numbers
Review this information for the default port numbers used by WebSphere Commerce or its component products.
The ports listed in this section are defaults only. The actual port numbers used when creating your profile might be different. Ensure that the ports listed are not in use when creating a WebSphere Commerce instance. If you have a firewall configured in your system, ensure that you can access these ports.

Note: Changing ports on WebSphere Commerce Developer is not
recommended and is not supported. WebSphere Commerce Developer has its own integrated HTTP service

Additional
ports are used as you create additional WebSphere
Commerce instances. When you create a new instance, a new WebSphere
Application Server profile is created that has unique port numbers
for the following ports:
- Bootstrap Address
- WebSphere Application Server Internal Java messaging service server
- WebSphere Application Server Java messaging service server queued address
- WebSphere Application Server SOAP connector address
- WebSphere Application Server HTTP transport
