Live station Multilingual Functionality

The live station offers assistance in three different languages: English, French, and German. There are different agents for each language. The French agent only accommodates French requests, and so do the other agents.

Also, there is a feature of auto conversion of language, If a French or German agent writes a message in a language other than the language specified, it will be auto converted to the language of the agent and shown in the BigFix AEX chat window.

English Chat Transfer :

In the above image, the chat is transferred from the BigFix AEX chat window.

English Agent can take the request from live station portal.

The agent takes the chat and view the chat history in English language.

The user gets the message that he/she is connected to the agent (with the agent’s name) in the BigFix AEX chat window. The user writes the message “hello”

The same message goes to the live station portal. The agent can type the message as well, and this is how the conversation continues. The agent can also hold the chat.

If the chat is on hold, the user gets a notification for the same in the BigFix AEX chat window.

The following screen appears in the event of a conversation disconnection by the agent:

The user gets a message notifying him/her that the chat has been disconnected by the agent in the BigFix AEX Chat Window.
