- Configuring Web Reports
  Web Reports is used whenever you want to view BigFix data that is spread over multiple databases in your deployment.
- Using the Program
  The Web Reports interface is simple and straightforward.
- Exploring
  The Explore Data section of the program allows you to look at data collected from your entire BigFix network to filter it, and to create reports.

  - Report List Main Page
    - Exporting Reports in JSON format
      Starting from BigFix Version 11.0.5, you can export the report to a JSON file.
    - Import Report
      The top link on the Report List page allows you to import a report.
    - Only Show Starred
      Click this box to limit the report list to the starred reports.
    - Filter by Label
      You can label any report by clicking the box in front of its link and then using the Label pull-down menu to assign an existing label.
    - Filter by Author
      In the same way as you filter by label, you can filter the report list by author.
    - Add, Create, and Delete Labels
      When you click the box next to any report list, the Label button becomes available.
    - Delete
      When you click the box next to any report list, the Delete button becomes available.
    - Main List
      There are several columns that describe reports in this list.
  - Overview Report
    The Overview report contains graphs and tables that visually represent the general state of your network, as well as the effectiveness of your BigFix deployment.
  - Computer Properties List
    This report provides you with a list of certain properties of your BigFix Client computers.
  - Open Vulnerabilities List
    This report displays Fixlet messages that are currently relevant.
  - Other Reports
    As well as the reports you create yourself, there are several other pre-installed reports included with Web Reports.
  - Showing non-relevant results
    By default the Web Reports mark as <not reported> a property that is not relevant or that is no longer relevant.
- Administering the Program
  The Administration section of the program lets you manage activities, filters, addresses, users, and databases.
- Tasks for advanced users
  This section presents tasks unlikely to be needed by the typical user, but which can be of use to advanced users with specific customization needs.

Import Report

The top link on the Report List page allows you to import a report.

The Import report link is visible only if you activate the registry key named AllowCustomReportCreation by setting its value to 1. For more details about how to activate this registry key, see Creating a Custom Report.

Clicking this link opens a new panel allowing you to browse for the report and specify the format and visibility.

You can enter a filename in the text box, or use the file browser to find the report.
The input can be an XML, HTML or JSON file.
The imported file can be treated as a Private file that only you can view, or a Public report that is available to everyone.
Click the Import button to load in the selected report.

Note: Importing and exporting a JSON file is supported only within the same BigFix deployment.
