The following folder and sub folder paths should be excluded:

/Library/Application Support/Bigfix/Bes Agent

Additionally the following processes should be excluded as well:

/Library/BESAgent/BESAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/BESAgent

/Library/BESAgent/BESAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/QnA

/Library/BESAgent/BESAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/BESClientUI.app/Contents/MacOS/BESClientUI
