This section or menu option provides instructions for installing and configuring the Azure cloud endpoints by starting, stopping, and restarting discovered resources.

These operations are performed using the following Azure action commands:

739 Microsoft Azure discovered resources start

741 Microsoft Azure discovered resources restart

Before executing Azure cloud operations via BigFix, make sure that the Azure Asset Discovery Plugin must be installed in plugin portal. Refer to The Plugin Portal.

The Azure Asset Discovery Plugin allows BigFix to discover and manage Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines. Refer to Introduction to Cloud Plugins.
