Generating a node-locked license file

To generate a node-locked license file from the user interface:

1. Copy the Local Host ID from the Import License File dialog.
2. Log into the My HCLSoftware portal with your HCL credentials.
   Note: If this is your first login, reset your password.
3. Select Deployments > <deployment>:
4. For the required entitlement, enter 1 in the Allocated column.
5. Click Assign License.
6. In the Assign License dialog:
   1. Type in a unique Name for the assignment.
   2. Paste the Local Host ID in the Fingerprint field.
   3. Select the appropriate Entitlement from the drop-down.
   4. Click Assign.
7. Click the download icon in the License column to download the license.
