Data pre-aggregator report

Use the Data pre-aggregator report to check the status of the data collectors and pre-aggregator servers. The report is pre-defined and not editable. You access the report by selecting Discover > System Status > Pre-aggregator

Information shown for Data collectors

The report shows this information for each Data collector:

  • Server - the name of the data collection server.
  • ID - the data collection server identifier.
  • Server Type - the type of data server. Options are: 1 - data collector, 2 - data pre-aggregator.
  • Service Start - the last time the data collection service started.
  • Service Stop - the last time the data collection service stopped.
  • Last update - the last time the service was updated.
  • First Collection Start - the first collection start time.
  • Last Collection Start - the last collection start time.
  • Last Collection End - the last collection end time.
  • Last Destination Write - the last time the server wrote to output.
  • Last Destination Source ID - the identifier for the source of the last data write to output.
  • Active Collection Batch - the identifier of the canister batch.
  • Message - any messages for the server.

Information shown for Pre-aggregators

The report shows this information for each of the pre-aggregators:

  • Server - the server where the pre-aggregator is located.
  • Collector - the data collection server that collects the data from this pre-aggregator server.
  • Last Destination Write - the last time the server wrote to output.
  • Last Destination Source ID - the identifier for the source of the last data write to output.
  • Last Dval write - the time of the last Dval write.

For each canister in the pre-aggregator, DATA, KEY, PATH, and DVAL, the table shows this information:

  • Extract Start - the time the data extract started.
  • Extract End - the time the data extract ended.
  • Last Extracted Record ID - the identifier of the last extract.
  • Last Written Record ID - the identifier of the last write.
