Procedure

In the Portal menu, select Reports > Report Builder.
Change Focus to today's date, if it is not currently selected.
Click the Open tool in the toolbar. Click the Activity Reports group. Select the report to review.
- You can use the DecoupleEx System Status report to compare these visitor counts to the number of one-hit sessions. If both values are high, there is a problem in how a session or visitor is detected.
