Configuring User Activity reports

You can configure User Activity reports by completing the following steps.

Procedure

1. From the Portal menu, select Discover > User Activity.
2. Dashboard versions of the report are displayed in each tab. Click the appropriate tab.
   • Logs tab
   • UserActivityReport_29.html#MonitoringUserActivity-UserActivityReport__MonitoringUserActivity-ActivityCountstab
   • Activity by User/Group tab
3. To open an individual report, click the Open icon in the toolbar.

4. Configure the date range. See Date Range Selector.
5. User Activity reports can be filtered based on user, group, or dimension value. See Options.
6. To refresh the data, click the Refresh icon in the toolbar.
7. Depending on the report and your user settings, you may click links in the report to reveal detail reports on the displayed data.
8. To export the report data for local use, click the Export icon in the toolbar. See Exporting Report Data.
