Windows x64 平台支持

基于 x64 的 Microsoft Windows Server 2003、Microsoft Windows Server 2008、Microsoft Windows 7、Microsoft Windows 8 和 Microsoft Windows 10 版本已经过优化，可运行本机 64 位程序，但是不支持 32 位驱动程序或 16 位应用程序。
