Using a licensed site COBOL compiler

By default, the Z Data Tools internal compiler will be used.

If you wish to use the licensed site compiler, there are two methods:

Before invoking Z Data Tools, allocate ddname HFMCOB to the desired compiler library, usually hlq.SIGYCOMP, or
Create a FACILTY Class Profile FILEM.COBOL.EXTERNAL with CONTROL access or higher. See Controlling the use of the COBOL compiler.

Note:

The COBOL compiler requires a region size of at least 200 MB, and possibly more depending on the complexity of the copybook being compiled.
