Utility Functions menu panel from ISPF 3.4

This panel is produced when the line command HFMR was issued against a data set from ISPF 3.4 and option 3 is selected from the Z Data Tools Primary Options Menu. Selecting an option displays the relevant utility Entry panel with the primary data set name that is populated with the corresponding name on the ISPF 3.4 list.
