Customizing roles
Following this scenario you can easily create your own customized roles in few steps.
About this task
Create a customized role for the Dynamic Workload Console
Procedure
- from the top panel click
- Click Add new, insert name, description and give the access to the pages desidered.

Click Ok
From the same tab you can edit, delete or duplicate the new role.
Add the new role to an existing entity
Procedure
- From the Manage Roles panel, select the entity corresponding to the new role created by clicking on the number under the column Entity.

click Add and type the name of the entity and
specify whether it is a user or a group
Ensure you already have set the entity in the securty file as described in Configuring authentication the default security file is
authorization_config.xml
.
