Personalizing interfaces with custom images

You can customize the Dynamic Workload Console and the Self-Service Catalog login pages with your company images.

About this task

By default, when you log into the Dynamic Workload Console or the Self-Service Catalog, HCL Workload Automation logo and icon images are displayed. Administrators can personalize the Dynamic Workload Console by uploading logo and icon images for the login page and the header. When you upload a logo, the same image is also displayed on the Self-Service Catalog login page. The icon image is also used as favicon.

You can upload a logo and an icon directly from the Dynamic Workload Console; you can set both a logo and an icon image, or you can set just one of them. If you do not set an image, or if you restore image settings, the default HCL Workload Automation images are used.

In the table below you can find the maximum file size for each type of image, and the recommended dimensions that guarantee a better image quality.

Image properties Logo Icon
Maximum file size 50 KB 25 KB
Recommended image size 1600x960 px 800x480 px
The supported file extensions are PNG, JPG, JPEG, and SVG.

If you want to restore image settings, select the remove option (x) next to the uploaded image.
