Specifying when your application should not run

You might want to prevent HCL Workload Automation for Z from scheduling occurrences of an application on a particular day or set of dates.

There are two ways of using run cycles to prevent HCL Workload Automation for Z from scheduling an application on particular days:

• Negative run cycles
• In-effect/out-of-effect dates
