Locate
Use the Locate dialog to find objects in the VersionVault Version Tree view.
Using the Locate dialog, you can search for specific versions, branches, activities, and labels
in the VersionVault Version Tree view. If an object
is found that matches your search criteria, the object is highlighted with the 
icon in the VersionVault Version Tree view. You can continue to click
Locate to find further instances that match your search criteria.
Controls in the dialog box
The following controls appear in the dialog box:
| Control name | Control description |

| Locate view selected version | Finds the version of the current element that is selected by the view. |
| Locate object containing text | Finds all objects whose names contain the specified text, regardless of case. Select Case sensitive to find only the objects whose names contain an exact match of the specified text. |
| Direction | Specifies the search direction. Select Forward to search for the next instance of the specified text. Select Backward to search for the previous instance of the specified text. |
| Limit To | Specifies the objects to search for. Select the Branch, Label, Activity, and Version options to find only objects of the selected type. If no selection is made, the search will return all objects that meet the specified search criteria. |
| Locate | Confirms the operation and allows it to proceed. |
| Cancel | Cancels the operation. |
