- HCL VersionVault command reference
  HCL VersionVault and HCL VersionVault MultiSite provide a command-line interface that enables access to all product functions. The command line processor supports interactive use, and can also be driven by various scripting languages.

Synopsis

gdmsetdefver –version version [ –cdslib filename ]: [ –help ] [ –lib lib.cell:view/file ] [–file filename ] ...

Description

This command creates a new version on the current branch that is identical to the version specified by –version.

Options and arguments

–version version: Specifies the version to which the elements are to be rolled back. Specify any version on the current branch other than the latest.

–cdslib filename: Specifies the library definition file that maps library names to library directories.

–help: Displays the command synopsis.

–lib lib.cell:view/file: The cell view on which the rollback operation is to be performed.

–file file: Files and directories (non-library elements) that are to be rolled back. Names that are listed without –lib or –file are treated as –file arguments.
