To add load rules to an existing view profile

About this task

The load rules that you add to the view profile are added to each snapshot view associated with this view profile.

Procedure

  1. In the View Profile Explorer, right-click a view profile and click Properties.
  2. In the Properties dialog box, click Config Spec and click Edit.
  3. Add load rules at the bottom of the config spec. Use the following syntax: 
    
load absolute-path

    For example, the rule load \dev loads all elements in a VOB named dev. The rule load \dev\src loads only the elements below the src directory in the dev VOB.

  4. Click OK.
