To add load rules to a view profile from the View Profile Wizard

About this task

The load rules that you add to the view profile are added to each snapshot view associated with that view profile.

Procedure

  1. On the last step of the View Profile Wizard, click View Config Spec.
  2. In the Config Spec Viewer, click Edit.
  3. Add load rules at the bottom of the config spec. Use the following syntax: 
    
load absolute-path

    For example, the rule load \dev loads all elements in a VOB named dev. The rule load \dev\src loads only the elements below the src directory in the \dev VOB.

  4. Click Save.
