Complete the steps in the following procedure to install HCL VersionVault Explorer Extension updates.

Procedure

  1. If programs that were installed using IBM Installation Manager are running, close them before updating.
  2. Start Installation Manager.
  3. If required by your VersionVault Administrator, using Preferences, add the repository URL to the update that you want to install.
  4. On the Installation Manager Start page, click Update. If there are updates available, Installation Manager opens an Update window. If you are using HCL VersionVault Explorer with the web or automatic views, then be sure to select a version that is compatible with the version of your VersionVault WAN server.
  5. Complete the steps to install the updates.
