  Real Time Personalization (RTP) is a powerful capability within HCL Unica+ that provides a one-stop solution for designing real-time marketing strategies.
- Componenents and Features of Real Time Personalization
  Real Time Personalization has the following components:
- Real Time Personalization User Interface
  Real Time Personalization offers an intuitive workspace making it simple to use and understand.
  - Web Domains
    Domains can be maintained from the Web Domains menu on the Real Time Personalization side bar.
  - Reports
    You can view the Reports, based on the configured reporting tool with Realtime Personalization.
  - Creatives
    You can use default creative templates or create your own creative templates.
  - Audience
    You can add Audience for selection during configuration of personalization point on pages.
  - Settings
    You can configure the following Settings in Real Time Personalization:
  - Events
    An Event represents an occurred user activity that can trigger an action in runtime environment.
