Terms of Use and Data Processing Agreement

MaxAI complies with data privacy and regulatory standards (for example GDPR, company data policy) by capturing explicit user consent before enabling GenAI features.

From 25.1.1, when a user logs in for the first time and clicks on MaxAI icon, a message related to Terms of Use and Data Processing Agreement appears.
