Multilingual Support in MaxAI

In release 25.1.1, MaxAI introduced multilingual support when using the features of MaxAI.

How Multilingual support works

Before understanding how the feature works, see the following table to see the list of features of MaxAI where user input is needed and the list of features where user input is not needed:

User Preferred Locale Enabled will respond in the language of input from the user. will respond using the locale / language set in Unica Platform.

Greek Enabled will respond in the language of input from the user. will respond in the Greek language.
