Create invoices and change the status to move invoices
through development to Accounts Payable.
Procedure

Select and select the invoice that you want to edit.
Depending on the status and owner of the invoice, either the My Active
Invoices view or the All Invoices view displays.
- Optional:
If your invoice is not in Draft state, click the Change Status menu and
select Re-draft.

Edit the fields on the Invoice page as needed.

Add or edit line items.
- Save your changes.
