Alerts and the message board
You can use alerts and the message board both to communicate information to other users of HCL® Marketing Operations. Alerts and the message board are available for plans, programs, projects, requests, assets, accounts, approvals, invoices, tasks, teams, and marketing objects.
You can use alerts to communicate information to specific people about the state of an object or about an action that the user needs to take. Default alert subscriptions are set by administrators but can be overridden on a per-object basis by owners and participants of the specific objects.
For workflow tasks, alerts are either brief or detailed.
You can use the message board to communicate information to the other members of the team or to an object owner.
