Optimize supports Optimize Agentic AI support feature powered by the platform’s AI assistant, MaxAI. Built on a multi-layered security and licensing model, this feature streamlines the process of creating, listing, and analyzing optimization sessions via natural language processing.

  1. Feature Overview

    The Optimize Agentic AI feature enables business users and administrators to build and manage structural optimization sessions—such as channel capacity controls, offer contact sequencing, contact fatigue rules, and email budget optimizations—using conversational natural language prompts.

    Instead of dealing with manual, multi-step rule builders, users interact with a single unified AI persona named MaxAI. MaxAI parses conversational requirements, translates them into precise optimization rules (composed of objectives, target channels, specific field criteria, account types, and operational time windows), and prompts the user for final confirmation before deploying the configuration.

    Key Functional Behaviors
    • Unified Persona "MaxAI": All backend interactions, acceptance states, and error handling rollbacks are standardized under the name MaxAI to ensure a seamless chat interface.
    • Multi-Point Ingestion: Optimization flows can be initiated globally from anywhere inside the application environment or directly within the main Optimization Listing Page.
    • Intelligent Data Filtering: If a user requests a broad view of historical sessions that returns a high volume of entries (e.g., more than 100 entries), MaxAI acts as an active constraint buffer. The assistant offers to dynamically refine the scope by specific attributes (channel type, historical run status, or localized time windows). If the data set remains excessively large, MaxAI cleanly routes the user to the core optimization listing page to leverage native interface sorting controls.
    • Natural Language Summarization: When displaying specific optimization session configurations, MaxAI generates a clean, concise, plain-language summary line alongside explicit structural parameters (Type, Condition, Time Window, and Limits) to MaxAImize user legibility.
