End-User Workflow Walkthrough
-
Once flags and permissions are verified, the operational flow follows an efficient, predictable conversational cycle designed to maintain optimal user guardrails.
Step 1:The user expands the MaxAI AI assistant panel from the global chat interface. The text entry field presents a clear placeholder watermark reading: "What's on your mind?"
Step 2: Ingesting the Prompt
The user enters an optimization request using natural language.- Example prompt: "I want to create an email budget optimization session named 'Q2 Promo Optimization'. Cap total email volume at 50,000 for every offer over a 7-day time window to protect sender reputation, and exclude high delivery cost per offer."
Step 3: Parsing and Structural Analysis
The orchestration service receives the payload and extracts structural optimization rules. For each rule identified, the system maps out five core parameters:- Objective
- Field Name
- Account Type
- Target Channel
- Time Window
Step 4: Verification and Summary Presentation
MaxAI converts the processed values into a high-legibility interface card containing a descriptive plain-language line along with exact parameter fields:
MaxAI: I have analyzed your requirements and prepared the optimization rules for your session:- Rule 1: Cap Total Email Volume
* Type: Capacity Constraint Channel: Email, Time Window: 7 Days, Limit: 50,000
Would you like me to create these rules? Reply yes to confirm or specify modifications.
Step 5: Conversational Modification or Final Consent- Modifications: The user can interactively refine parameters prior to commit (e.g., "Change the time window to 15 days"), prompting MaxAI to update and restate the rules.
- Consent: When the user enters "Yes", the backend processes finalize the session database records. The chat panel renders a specialized confirmation component complete with a functional preview navigation hyperlink : "Creating your optimization session. You can now click here to View this Optimize session."
