Adding a delegated mailbox

About this task

Use the following steps to add a delegated mailbox.

In Verse, open Settings and tap your account name at the top to expand the account list.
Tap Add delegated mailbox.
Choose what you are adding:
- Person's mailbox : a mailbox another person has shared with you.
- Mail-in database: a shared mailbox, such as a team or resource mailbox.
Enter the email address of the mailbox owner, or the address of the mail-in database, and tap Add.
Verse checks your access with the server. If your account signs in through your organization's identity provider (for example, single sign-on with SAML or OIDC), you might be asked to sign in again with your own credentials; this is usually automatic.
