Device syncs all data if the server changes the version of Exchange ActiveSync currently being used. | If the HCL Traveler server changes the Exchange ActiveSync version, Windows RT and Pro tablets will initiate a resync of all data. In HCL Traveler 9.0.0.1, the Exchange ActiveSync version has changed, therefore this problem may be seen after upgrading to 9.0.0.1. In addition, if a user is viewing the mail app during the upgrade, he or she may see the mail disappear and not refresh until after the restart of the mail application. |
