Windows™ Phone limitations and restrictions
This topic describes known Windows™ Phone device restrictions and limitations with HCL Traveler.

Document link icons are missing. |
When a doc link is included in a mail message, the associated icon will not be present, and a missing image icon will show instead. |
The response state of a mail message in the Notes® client is not updated when a message is replied to or forwarded from a Windows™ Phone device. |
The Windows™ Phone client does not include a message identifier which is normally used to update the message response state. Therefore, the icons which are visible in the Notes® or iNotes® clients to indicate if the message has been replied to or forwarded are not updated when using a Windows™ Phone device. |
Sign and Encrypt with S/MIME account sync setting options do not work as expected. |
These options were introduced with Windows Phone 8.1. HCL Traveler server does not have S/MIME support. |
Calendar

Logging
Problem | Details |

The logging option for sync settings does not allow a user to retrieve the logs after enabling "Basic" or "Advanced". |
It is recommended that the logging setting be set to "Off". See How do I customize my account on a Windows Phone device? for information on how to access the Logging setting. |
