Chatting in a meeting
The chat feature is enabled by default and allows users to communicate with all members of the meeting using the chat function.
Description
The feature is collapsed by default and can be expanded at any time to interact with other participants.
In addition to the chat box in the meeting room, Authenticated users can access the
Sametime Meeting chat session by using the following methods and chat information can be
checked later, due to the persistent chat feature from Sametime:
- Sametime Standalone Client
- Sametime Embedded Client
- Sametime Mobile App
- Sametime Web Proxy Client
Meeting Recording notifications are also communicated in the active chat session.
Guest users can only access the chat room through the active Sametime Meeting.
