Testing synchronized business objects

You can use HCL OneTest™ API to test synchronized business objects.

Before you begin

  1. Create a physical connection to the relevant SAP application server and a synchronization resource for the server.
  2. Select the SAP application server resources against which you want to synchronize.
  3. Synchronize the synchronization source against the server.

Procedure

  1. After synchronizing, open the Test Factory perspective and create a test using message exchange pattern (MEP) for the desired SAP operation.

    The new test is opened with pre-configured Send Request and Receive Reply actions.

  2. You can run the test using the pre-configured test actions as provided or you can edit the test actions to suit your requirements.
