Changing audit levels

Procedure
- Use the onaudit utility to change levels
of auditing by the database server and to change the mandatory auditing
of the DBSA.
For example, to start basic auditing, enter the following command:
onaudit -l 1 - To start auditing and automatically audit the actions of
the DBSA, enter the following command:
onaudit -l 5
