Rules for adding and dropping virtual processors

The following rules apply:

• You cannot drop the final virtual processor. At least one virtual processor must remain.
• You cannot add or drop ADM or OPT.
• Windows™ Only: You can add a supported virtual processor of any class, but you cannot drop virtual processors.
