Error opening Character Set Translation File
What happened
IBM® Notes® cannot find the Character Translation File; you must specify one. The file determines what language Notes® uses when importing and exporting files.
What you can do
- Click File > Preferences.
Notes Basic client users: Click File > Preferences > User Preferences
Macintosh OS X users:Notes® > Preferences
- Click International.
- Click the Change button next to Import/Export characters.
- Select the set that matches your language, and click OK.
