What happened

You sent a message to one or more Notes® mail addresses as well as one or more Internet mail addresses. Some of the Notes® recipients may also have MIME specified as their message storage preference in Person documents in the Domino® Directory. Notes® successfully sent the message to the recipients whose preference is Notes® Rich Text, but a problem occurred while sending the message to recipients whose preference is Prefers MIME.

What you can do

To send the message to all recipients, remove rich-text elements (such as hotspots, file attachments, horizontal lines, or pictures) from the message and resend it.
